Proleek, or 'The Giants Load' as it is known locally, is surely one of Irelands most spectacular and ambitious dolmens. Many tripod dolmens feature capstones resting on pin-point contact with the orthostats but this enormous thirty tonne capstone is unusually large and stands almost five metres high.
